Prepare a five (5) page Board of Directors Report in APA format to the Board of
Directors (investors). Please cite references in the body of paper using any prior text from
the program and Information provide by Marketplace Simulation. The Board of Directors
Report will consist of the following items:
1. Please share the name, nature of your business and its organizational structure. In
your response please briefly describe who were your major stakeholders (i.e.
customers, stockholders, employees, suppliers, and the community).
2. What was the firm’s performance during the prior three quarters?
3. What, if any were the departures from the business plan and the justification for
such departures?
4. Please share how well the firm is prepared to compete in the future.
5. If a business consultant was used how would you use the business consultant’s services?
