Project documentation is very important because your job as a Project Manager is to make sure that everyone involved in the project understands what the project is and agrees on what success will look like.
The purpose of this Ethical Evaluation assignment is to apply the lessons learned. In an actual project, there are many project documents collected, reviewed and revised to conduct the process of Close the Project. Hence this assignment will be the outcome of those lessons.
To complete this assignment, you will post to the Discussion Forum your insights, lessons learned, your thoughts on ethical decision making and moral leadership in project planning, work, and delivery.
You have been provided details throughout each assignment. This is an application of the lessons. Trust me, this is not meant to be difficult or time consuming, it is simply a method for you to display your understanding of the concepts learned during the session. In closing a project, as stated in PMBOK, the Lessons Learned Register is a project document.
