Using the MyPlate guidelines Links to an external site., please look at places where you didn’t meet your recommended intake and provide how they can be improved. For example, if you recognize that you’re not meeting your energy (kcal) intake, you should highlight how you plan to meet your intake. You should include your food preferences and your goals. State your goals at the beginning of the presentation (i.e., gain weight, increase protein intake). Include all the food groups and serving sizes illustrated on the MyPlate PlanLinks to an external site.. For the food groups that met or exceeded your recommended allowance, it’s okay to state that and move to the areas where you didn’t meet the recommended daily allowance.
The final presentation should be comprehensive and include information from the food analysis paper that provides information from the lectures, discussion boards, and other sources.
The presentation should be 5-8 minutes long and include each section of the Food Analysis Assignment.

Proper attire is business casual (be presentation ready)
It must be your voice throughout the video
You may use graphics, PowerPoints, animations, etc.
You must cover all requested information
