• Create a case: imagine a fictive company of 100 – 200 people, define the company’s structure and strategic objectives, and create a performance measurement and feedback model for the two most numerous groups of employees (you should design your case in a way to have two different groups so the process will be different for the two groups)
• Write an article: imagine that you are the Head of HR of your fictive company and you have been invited to describe the performance measurement and feedback model of your company for your two largest groups of employees, in a (serious) business publication. The article should include
• A well-chosen title and subtitles: intended to generate interest
• Text of 2’000 words (plus / minus a very few), presenting the company and performance measurement and feedback model for the two groups and explaining the reasons for the choices you made in designing the model, expressing yourself with rigorous structure, among other using bullet points for lists
• Tables and diagrams, including (but not necessarily limited to)
• A table or diagram explaining the organigram
• A table showing the columns of the competency matrix that describe the two groups of employees (please differentiate between different hierarchical levels, and if appropriate also different functions within the groups)
• For each group, a table showing a) the key performance indicators b) explaining how they are measured / calculated (please be precise) c) listing the reasons why these particular indicators were selected
• For each group a table or diagram showing how the feedback process works, including information on who is involved in the feedback, and the time structure (frequency, or real time, etc…)
