Background:
Assume that Harris wins at trial and the jury awarded her $400,000.00 in damages. After about forty-five (45) days, the defendant has not paid any of the $400,000.00 damage award.
Instructions:
Analyze and respond to the following:
1. How can Harris get her money? In answering this question, compare and contrast all of the different methods available to Harris to obtain their money.
2. Which of the above methods do you suggest Harris use in this case? Explain why.
