1. Discuss the concept of sexual harassment in the workplace (how common, who reports, cases rising or falling, etc.). Identify and differentiate between the two types of sexual harassment (quid pro quo harassment and hostile work environment textbook page 99) and discuss at least one specific court case for each type, each court case needs to be one that wasn’t discussed in the textbook. How does each court case represent just the one type of sexual harassment? 2. Compare and contrast each one of the options for correcting a labor surplus: layoffs, pay reduction, job-sharing, and retraining/transferring employees (pg. 139 textbook). Find a past real-world SPECIFIC example of each option that wasn’t included in the textbook, including the company and year(s) used.
3. Fully describe the three types of fit that companies should look for in the selection process and discuss why each one is important (pg. 189 textbook).
