Recognizing employees who contribute to the growth of organizations is paramount if they want to retain their employees’ services. You have hired a diverse group of skilled employees. There must be a continuous effort to retain their services. Employee incentives play a big part in keeping employees satisfied with their employment. You have been tasked by senior management to revamp the current rewards policy.
Research two different organizations to compare what they are doing to give employees a reason to perform through rewards, and identify five categories to compare from each organization. Category examples include personal days off, gym membership, bonuses, recognition, etc.
Think about ways to offer employees a reason to do something or perform at a high level through rewards. At the end of your analysis, address the pros and cons from each organization’s rewards program. Your bar charts will be labeled by category side by side of each organization for comparison. Include an introduction, summary with recommendations and reference slide. There will be one bar chart category per slide (5). Your proposal will go toward improving the current organization’s rewards policy.
