Product and Branding Strategy
You are required to describe your product and branding strategy with specific attention to any proposed changes in quality, product line additions/deletions, specific product/brand positioning strategies, and packaging decisions. Please use the format of the Product and Branding Strategy table on page 2 of the Technical Note of Product and Branding Strategy below to develop your table.
Channel Strategy
The purpose of a channel map is to provide a clear understanding of the supply chain and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. Describe your channel and supply chain strategy to provide an overview of the entire process, including all the key players, activities, and resources involved in the distribution of products and services. Developing three channel maps based upon 1) distribution (logistical considerations and margins), 2) information flows, and 3) procurement and sourcing activities. These maps highlight key intermediaries and the flow of goods, services, and information between them. Use the Technical Note on Channels and Supply Chains to develop your maps. Specifically, use the Sample Channel map for the distribution of medical supplies (e.g., gloves, masks, dressings, etc.) on page 2, Sample Channel map of information flows on page 3, and Sample channel map for SC Management (Procurement and Outsourcing activities) on page 4 to develop your tables.
