Assignment: Research Article Review
In this assignment, you will research and critique marketing strategies as they relate to customer-focus articles from the ERAU Hunt Library research databases.
Narrow down your search string in the ERAU Hunt Library database to your area of interest (e.g., LLCs in China and passenger segmentation; cross-national segmentation and airlines passenger market; customer segmentation air cargo; brand management and made in China).
Ensure the selected journal publication is ranked Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4, known as the Quartile in Category in the Web of Science database or best quartile in the Scimago Journal & Country Rank.Links to an external site.

Assignment Details
Write a 3-page synopsis and critique of the selected journal article. Provide a review of the article, managerial application, and extension of the work.
Important note: Integrate the concepts from the course readings and provide your own reflection at the end of the review.
Do not include large chunks of in-text citations (40 or more words) unless properly cited in APA format for long quotations, and the justification is provided with a comprehensive transition of thoughts for this content. This paper should be written according to APA format. For information about the APA format, please see the Writing Style Guide.
For Dr. Santonino’s classes, the following enhanced APA citation format is required for assessment purposes.
American Psychological Association (APA) style and format must provide the exact page number for the sentence cited or a closely paraphrased sentence for in-text citation. Therefore, follow (author, year, and page number). APA format is (author, year), do NOT submit a paper or assignment without the exact page number. Also, provide the link ‘Retrieved from’ URL, that will take the reader/reviewer to the open access article in html or PDF. Make sure the links work in the references. Use of the ERAU Hunt Library databases is required. Long URL strings can be easily embedded using links.
