I need someone who knows about marketing.
In the first week, we were required to choose a Fortune 500
company (we didn’t really pick it, the professor assigned us a company, and I was assigned JP
Morgan and Chase Co.) with a recent marketing problem or opportunity to strengthen
their competitive advantage in their respective market and submit a write-up of
the company which I did(see attached document titled: Company proposal).
In the second week, we are tasked to build a PowerPoint presentation about the company’s
SWOT, and marketing problem/opportunity and provide a proposed strategic vision and
marketing goal(see attached PowerPoint named CHASE). And, well, the professor
graded it that’s when I knew I needed help.
Week 2 PowerPoint 1 feedback from her: “It needs work, this course is marketing. Using AI for
investment advice an operational solution/issue rather than a specifically
marketing solution/issue. The strategic vision is not clearly related to the
marketing strategy-it appears to be somewhat related to operational goals. A
justification and rationale for the strategic vision is not clearly provided as
required.”
So now, in Week 4 which is target audience and brand positioning will be established. Do
another presentation by including the following information to the slides.
-The makeup of the target audience and whether it is an existing audience to
retain, acquire or both.
-Demographics, psychographics and behavioral traits.
-Why you believe the target audience will support and brand equity of the company.
-reference materials showing the company’s current market share ranking
(revenue, customer satisfaction or another metric)
-A brief summary of at least two recent (past 24 months) blogs, news article or
other editorial type source that is evaluating the brand.(does the source seem
to be in favor or challenging the brand identity of the company? Or what is the
consensus and summary about the current brand equity? Provide justification for
this finding)
-2 recommended brand marketing strategies for this company take to increase its
brand relevancy to its target audience(also explain with justification)
