Describe the different ways in which training is administered. Don’t forget to provide a brief comparative analysis on how training is administered between the private sector and public sector.
Describe the current and emerging training models and how these enhance the experiences of employees in the private and public sector.
Be sure that you use at least 6 scholarly references outside this week’s readings. Also, four of these references must be within the last seven-ten years. Also, make sure that your paper meets APA formatting requirements and that you include a title and reference pages.
