4.Identify the objectives and company assessment skills? What are your future objectives? What are the criteria of accomplishing the objectives?
5.Assessing the competitive environment? Who is solving the same problem of the target customers? Compare and analyze Costco’s strengths and weaknesses with those of the competition.
6.Which entry method to the new market should have been chosen?

Expectations from prof:
1. The executive summary is not an introduction. It should capture all key messages that you would like the readers to focus at.
2. Pease ensure that there is headings/sub-headings in your analysis.
3. It is better to have ″Conclusion″ or ″Recommendation″ ending the analysis. The conclusion should include your opinion about the strategies/approaches and etc. as described in the case. It is a case analysis and you should have opinion about the case such as ″good or bad″ and ″WHY″.
(Should be easy to read and no need to use sophisticated words and no need to find a lot
of sources as need to explain and make use of the different strategies)
