Your topic for this paper is ChatGPT. What impact will Artificial Intelligence (AI) have on organizations as it becomes more popular and is adopted as a resource? Research the various versions of AI and consider how this will impact jobs, productivity, innovation, management, attitudes toward work, career management, negotiations, etc.
Microsoft and Google are both launching AI programs, resources. They are competing to become the go-to source for this venture into creativity and productivity. How will organizations adapt, and how will your organization embrace this new technology?
Using sources (examples listed below), write a five-page research paper. Include a minimum of five sources to support your conclusions. Submit five full pages, plus a page with your sources, electronically into Moodle, on the date required.

The key facts that support your ideas/ observations (5 sources, 5 pages) 30 points
An explanation of the most interesting aspect of the topic to you. Provide your analysis of the topic and relation to real world experience.
