Provide in-text citations for the sources that you referenced when writing your paper AND provide a reference list of the sources cited at the end of the paper. Cite all sources that you use, both in text and in the reference section. Both in-text citations and reference list citations should follow APA guidelines provided in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th ed-2019). When you cite online material, please be very specific. Note the website section and subsection where you found the information.
Choose a country, international region or cultural group that you are interested in studying.
Research multiple sources for your information, using the questions listed below as a guide to focus your research. you can also explore current documentary films, current news stories from or about the culture, and conduct interviews with someone from that culture if possible, etc.
You should have at least three credible sources for your information.

Meet the following requirements
Choose a Host Culture: Select a relatively well-known and sufficiently large country or cultural group different from your Home country, which has been researched in academic literature and credible sources.
Thoroughly research the selected Host culture to gain an in-depth understanding of its communication styles, cultural values, etiquette, history, and pop culture.
Prepare a short communication training session to inform and prepare “clients” for working and living in the Host culture.
Focus on connecting the facts you find about the culture to course concepts: Use vocabulary and theories from the course material to describe the cultural features and communication behaviors relevant to living and working in the Host culture. The most important feature of your presentation will be relating the cultural information you find back to the course concepts and vocabulary to demonstrate you understand their connection. Apply the course material to synthesize new insights on intercultural competence in communication.
Focus on essential and relevant information: Decide on the most important/interesting information to present, and what you can connect to course material, aiming to cover three to five categories or subtopics in depth. There is not enough time to cover all the information about a country, so your task is, after your research, to decide what is the most important/interesting information that we need to know to get a sense of the culture and be prepared to live and work and communicate in or with that culture. You should aim to cover three to five categories or subtopics in the time/space that you have. It is better to cover fewer topics but go more in-depth into them.
Cite Credible Sources: Include at least 3 credible sources in the reference list, which may include scholarly articles, newspapers, books, certain websites, documentaries, interviews, etc.
