*I need both aspects of the question, so something on how each administration challenged the rise of conservatism and how each can be seen as a continuation of it

Explain to me how the drug war has operated for the last 45 years, you need to mention the role of Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, and Obama.
*Do not summarize Drug War websites, you need to use our PowerPoints and the Michelle Alexander pieces as two of the sources for this one and I need each administration mentioned
