Part 1: Paper
Write a paper that details best practices and recommendations for the integration of various technologies to effectively build a big data stack that maximizes business value for the enterprise-scale case study organization.
Include provisions for the following layers: data ingestion, data collection, big data processing, data storage, data query, big data visualization, data security, and data monitoring.
Describe the tools, use cases, and features for each layer should be described and provide recommendations for use justified using with support from references.
Include a diagram of the big data architecture (stack layers and data/process flow) and ensure that it assists in visualizing the plan.
Describe how the big data stack specifically maximizes business value for the case study organization.
Part 2: PowerPoint
Create a presentation with a voiceover for each slide that presents visually the essence of the recommendations made in the paper.
Specifically, focus on the recommendations for integrating a variety of approaches to big data development that align with the needs of a hypothetical case study organization and that specifically maximizes business value. Images, charts, and diagrams should be used to directly support the communication of ideas to the intended audience: C-Suite stakeholders.
Length: 12 to 15-page paper, PowerPoint 15-20 slides with notes (200-350 words per slide), not including title and reference slides
