You will be creating a comprehensive 12 week Macrocycle for your approved or assigned client.
Your training program will include the following:
A description of your client (Completed in Week 11 Assignment)
Individual needs analysis 
Needs should be determined and described based on Metabolic needs, Biomechanical Needs, and Risks
3 goals ranked in order of importance with rationale for the client 
Goals should align with the client’s individual goals and the needs analysis
3 barriers that your client will face and how each will be addressed
Barriers can be logistical, physical, mental, emotional, etc.
Table describing training frequency, volume, and intensity across the 12 week Macrocycle
Each week of the training must be included in the table
The progression should be visible within the table based on your periodization structure
The Frequency, Volume, and Intensity in your table should match your training sessions
**HINT** Separate Energy System and Muscular System within your table
Description of periodization structure that you will be using with a rationale to explain your choice
Testing protocol
A minimum of 5 fitness tests should be used at the beginning and end of the Macrocycle 
Each test should include a rationale based on physical ability, needs analysis, and/or individual goals
