Examine the operations management strategies of McDonalds. All aspects of this
presentation must relate to McDonalds and you must incorporate the text, if you
want to you can additionally include external references about the topics and
how they pertain to McDonalds. Many topics about McDonalds can be found in the
text.
Do not include your name in any of the slides or in the snips for any of the
questions. If you must add a name, include the name “Matthew”.
Citation format: (Heizer,
2017, P. ?), include the page number where the question mark is.

FOR EACH TOPIC/CHAPTER:
1) Each topic has to have
citation from the text. Make sure to state each topic from the textbook in
the beginning of the presentation with a citation of where that topic is
found in the textbook. (100 points)
2) Define the topic from the
text with the citation (citation format: (Heizer, 2017, P. ?), state the importance of the topic of
how it pertains to McDonalds with a citation from the text, give an example of
the topic of how it pertains to McDonalds with citation from the text. Optional:
include an external reference. (12 points)
3) Include any computations
with excel, you do not need to attach an excel file, just take a snip of the work
with an explanation of the formulas used (Hint: there is a formula within the
forecasting chapter4). (12 points)
4) Include chart, graphs,
activity diagrams, or similar tools, for McDonalds include some of the charts
and activity diagrams from the textbook. (12 points)
5) Include personal
experience, personal involvement or engagement with a company. (14 points)
6) Include Microsoft project,
make various tasks for McDonalds with start dates, duration, finish date,
predecessors, effort time and assign each of them to “Matthew”., you do not
need to attach a microsoft project file, just take a snip of the work. (12
points)
7) Include software or
technologies that McDonalds uses such as CAD/CAM, 3D printer or other software, just include a snip
of this (12 points)
8) Use
pictures related to the topic and company throughout the presentation. (12 points)
