This is a non-participant observation field study about learners learning through Zoom classes, I will attach a video link and some Q&A as interview scripts. The setting is all students are currently working as teachers who are enrolled in the educational leadership program, you will watch the video-recorded part of different classes, you need to observe students’ engagements and write this paper. the videos did not record the chatting section, but it is quite active, students are chatting something about learning materials, sometimes about personal and sharing some interesting things, but all went through the whole class, mostly coming at the beginning of the class or something just triggering the interest. You will develop arguments about engagement through Zoom learning and themes around the arguments.
