For this assignment, you will draft a report to the president of your board of directors that includes the following:
an overview of the situation to include how the fire marshal’s actions can affect your community’s view of the department,
any law(s) the fire marshal violated,
any identified legal exposure the department has due to the fire marshal’s actions,
reference at least one similar incident that has occurred in the United States within the last 5 years,
any corrective action that will be implemented to prevent a future similar occurrence, and
your recommendation for any discipline of the fire marshal.
Your report must be at least two pages in length, not counting your title page and reference section, and contain at least three reference sources to support your content. Be sure to include an introduction and conclusion. All sources utilized must be properly cited with in-text citations and references in APA Style.
