April 21, 2024

You are recently hired as the new CEO of a mid-size American publicly-listed corporation. The Board of Directors has asked you to develop a new strategic plan. This strategic plan needs to display the current state of the corporation and its environment, and to lay out plans to further grow and improve the corporation.
In part 7 of the assignment, you will combine your earlier assignments 1 through 6 and combine these into a full strategic report.
Content
The strategic report should combine (improved versions of) your previous assignments. It needs the following elements:
Front page including your corporation, your name and contact details, and course details
Company profile (taken from assignment 1)
Strategic analysis:
External analysis (taken from assignment 2)
Internal analysis (taken from assignment 3)
Stakeholder analysis (taken from assignment 4)
Summary of analysis: SWOT
Strategic plan:
Business and corporate strategic plan (taken from assignment 5)
Global strategic plan (taken from assignment 6)
Final recommendations
Bibliography/references
The SWOT analysis should provide an overview of the corporation’s strengths and weaknesses vis-à-vis its rivals and the opportunities and strengths within its industry. These stem from the external, internal, and stakeholder analysis. This part should be no longer than 250 words or could be a large table.
The final recommendation should explain how the strategic plans address the critical weaknesses and threats, or exploits key strengths and opportunities of the company and its industry. It should also provide a timeline and details for the implementations of the combination of strategic initiatives, that is, which strategic initiatives should be implemented in which order, sequentially or simultaneously, in order to improve performance and limit risks. It should also give an estimate of the overall impact of these plans, like how much will be spent/invested in total and what additional revenues and profits are expected. This part should be similar in length as the previous assignments (500 words).
Format and length
Your full strategic report should be around 3,000 words in length.
Examples

Submission
The assignment needs to be submitted as a document file (.doc, .docx, .pdf) through this Canvas page.
Grading
The grade for your strategic report is based upon the content (70%) and the quality of writing (30%). See the rubric below to understand how content and writing are graded.
Referencing
Use in-text references to indicate the source of information, like “the firm has a market share of 9.9% (IBISWorld, 2022)”, and provide a complete bibliography at the end of your report. To avoid plagiarism:
Cite the source (Source, 2022) if you describe ideas or information from another source, even when paraphrased and restated in your own words, even when combined with other ideas or information;
Use “quotation marks” each time you copy five or more subsequent words from another source;
Mention the source of graphs, diagrams, or tables copied from other work;
Ensure that the plagiarism score on submission is less than 30%
