You are now ready to compile all sections of your grant-style proposal (including sections written for Parts I, II, and III), incorporating feedback from your Instructor. In total, you will have developed a proposal very similar to what you see in practice to request funds to implement and evaluate a health behavior change program. Please note that you should also include a proposal abstract, which will give the reviewer a brief summary and “roadmap” for your proposal.
For the Final Project, you will take the assignments from Parts I, II, and III, combined with feedback received from your Instructor and assemble them into your grant-style application. You will also need to develop an abstract, which will be placed at the beginning of the document, after the title page. The abstract should be single-spaced, one half page maximum, and is not included in 10-page total. It should provide a summary of the application and include a brief descriiption of the proposed project, including the needs to be addressed, the proposed services, and the population group(s) to be served.
Will I need to upload all of the papers that I have already done.
