– Place yourself in my position. Write a referral for yourself answering the following (may be in 1st person):
– How well do you work with others? When you have a conflict with someone, how do you handle it? ( I tend to work really well with others, I like to get to know everyones character so that I know who all I’m working with on another level. when I have conflict with someone I try to keep the conversation or problem at a calm level and try to communicate with said person so that we can both see and understand each others point of view and reach a middle or agreement with each other)
- What is your attendance like and when you have missed class, how responsible are you in finding out what make-up work you may have? (my attendance is pretty well most of it is due to some situations I couldn’t control or school events. I am mostly responsible I usual go to check my assignments on the schools website or ask our class group chat what assignments we did in class that I missed and need to make up)
– How do you react in a crisis?( depending on the situation I usually keep calm and breathe than I figure out what the problem is and find a solution for said problem and ask help for someone most likely my mom or someone I trust if needed)
- Are you self-motivated? ( I am ver self motivated, I work towards all the goals I know that I want to accomplish with or without help, I really thrive to do my best and accomplish everything I know I’m capable of and I even push my self to do new things and work hard as always)
- Would you hire yourself and why or why not? ( I would, I feel as though Im very dependable when it comes to working, I’m a determined person and always put my all into a job that I love, I also am great at communicating when there’s an a situation that has occurred and etc.)
