The client knows a little bit about a local community college and would like to investigate the possibility of part-time attendance there.
The client comes to you in your role as career advisor at the local one-stop career center. The client asks for information about the kinds of programs the community college offers and whether it would be possible to attend part time. The client also seeks information about what the difference is between transfer programs and career-related programs of study. You are asked for your guidance in how to make a choice of specialty within either program.
