This assignment will give you practice writing a business letter while reviewing concepts from Chapter 4: The Corporate Culture.1. Assume that you are working in an organization with a strong Compliance-Based Culture. You can choose a name, address, and CEO contact name for your organization
2. Write a persuasive letter to your CEO extolling the virtues of changing/moving to a more values-based culture.
3. Submit this first draft of your letter to Canvas by 11:59pm on May 26th for 5 points.
4. Await and then carefully review my feedback.

You will revise and re-submit your letter (in a separate Canvas assignment) for another 5 points on this assignment.Your mission is write a business letter to the (hypothetical) CEO of the company for which you work outlining arguments in favor of transforming a compliance-based culture into a values-based culture. Your letter will be graded using Ramapo’s business letter writing rubric.
We will be interested in business letter form/organization (2 points), mechanics/grammar/usage (2 points), and persuasiveness/construction of argument (1 point). Inside address – of recipient (who you are writing the letter to) First and last name, title, Company, address, city, state and zip code.
Salutation– If the person is not a friend, write “Dear Mr. Smith”. If the person is a friend, you may say “Dear Sally”.
Body of Letter – this is the purpose of the letter. Should be clear and concise, with more than one paragraph.
Closing– “sincerely”, or “best regards”, “yours truly”, etc…
