Write a paper of 3 to 4 pages (750 to 1000 words) on the following topic.
Describe a successful change effort you have been a part of or have led in an organizational context, and tell why you think it was successful. Be sure to explain what you think drove the need for this change, and tell how this relates to the forces Kotter discusses in the text. Feel free to use Kotter’s treatment of factors that contribute to success or failure in leading change, but also please use at least one source beyond the Kotter or Kotter/Cohen texts.
