This paper is for a Small Geoup Communication course. The textbook used is Working in Groups (6th edition). Group 5 consisted of 4 people Brian, Daniel, Michael and myself. Our product that we created was a resin business that produce Coaster, wall art and other resin crafts.
This Term Paper should fully demonstrate an understanding of concepts from the textbook and course readings. It should incorporate real-world personal (original) examples that relate to course content.
The term paper MUST be written for this course following ALL instructions (see below) in order to receive full credit.
The Term Paper MUST include personal life experiences connected to the course content, demonstrating a knowledge of the definition(s) of relevant terms as well as meaningful application(s) of course concepts; while incorporating proper grammar, the end product should be an original critical analysis demonstrating an understanding of applications and in-depth contemplation(s) of concepts learned.
The term paper should be 3-5 pages in length –and should be titled Individual Analysis Paper.
Instructions:
You will write a paper focusing on your experience in this class and in your small group focusing on your understanding of group process and learning. Focus on:
(i) Write a 3-5 page paper analyzing your group (for example, your own roles and those of other members, conflicts you experienced, and what you have learned).
(ii) You will also address your future plans for using the knowledge and experience you have gained in this class in the future.
(iii) Address the following:
1. How do you think the experiences in this class will influence your future group experiences?
2. One section of the paper must address working in an on-line only group.
