Next, interview an individual over the age of 60 (can fake/come up with an interview). Ask them questions about the changes in their fitness levels (aerobic endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility) that they have noticed over the years. Record the similarities and differences that you notice between your “subject” and the textbook readings from Chapter 18(attached). Using your text and/or peer-reviewed research, explain why these changes have occurred or analyze why there is a discrepancy. Finally, using your textbook, create a bullet point list that highlights the most important factors that older adults should be focused on their exercise training.
