Complete the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
Then, choose three of the OCAI domains (e.g., Leadership, Criteria of Success, Organizational Glue) to analyze. Write 2-3 pages (12 point Times New Roman font, double-spaced) analyzing how the artifacts of your dominant culture have presented in the department. Be specific, and ensure you address each of the domains selected.
