For this case study, you will pick one sport or discipline from the 2022 Winter Olympics to highlight. You will research the sport or discipline of interest, and prepare a case study addressing the following content:
Briefly introduce the sport/discipline (e.g., Olympic competing countries, top three ranked teams/individuals)
Briefly discuss the rules of the sport/discipline.
Briefly discuss the history of the sport/discipline.
Explain the format of the Olympic competition (e.g., number of teams/individuals, type of competition bracket used, How long the competition with last [one day to two weeks).
Past Olympics winners in sport/discipline and competition in the Olympics.
Briefly discuss the international management/governing body of the sport/discipline (e.g., what organization regulates the sport at the international level, responsibilities of organization, leader of organization).
You will properly cite any references used and include a References list at the conclusion of the case study consistent with APA guidelines and the Writing Tips and Plagiarism documents on eCourseware.
