What is UHD 2.0? A new portal for accessing PeopleSoft
•Why was PeopleSoft selected? Because all other UHS components were using PeopleSoft. (It was a board decision to bring us all under the same ERP system.)
•What might be a brief overview of some of the information that PeopleSoft provides to UHD? Students data such (registration, payment, academic history ad transcripts, etc.), financial Data, and Human resources, and employees’ data.
•Why was this change implemented? It was a UHS board decision based on an audit finding that UHD should be on the same system as the other UHS universities.
•What might be a brief description of what was involved in UHD’s Implementation of my UHD 2.0? Programming, testing, data conversion, data validation, documentation and training.
•Who was involved in the implementation of the new system? Staff from UHS IT and functional support, UHD IT, UHD Enrollment Management and consultant
• What staff positions are needed to develop and maintain the PeopleSoft? PeopleSoft programmers, PS functional support, department technical support

What kind of data is currently, or may be available in the future, with the new UHD 2.0 system, as compared to the former system? Consider the kind of data that might be helpful for administrators, staff & faculty might want to have available to utilize.
The former system did not use Peoplesoft. Describe how the development of components of the new Peoplesoft system’s applications differ? This is described in the video.
As a student, what kind of data can you access, that is provided via Peoplesoft?
As a student at UHD, you have had to interact with faculty and staff who work at UHD. What kind of Peoplesoft data might they have to utilize. Provide at least 3 examples of Peoplesoft data?
What kinds of skills, training, and experience would be needed to work with Peoplesoft or any other Enterprise System?
