Explain what is Bloom’s Taxonomy in terms of the three domains: Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor
List five objectives for each of the three domains of Bloom’s Taxonomy: Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor. Use a lesson topic and its concepts (anything, K through 12) to clearly state your responses. They are to be stated according to the mental level of the students. For example, the first few objectives for a lesson on the human eye, for eight grade, is usually something like:
students acquire knowledge about the structure of the human eye.
students understand the function of the different parts human eye.
students draw a diagram of the human eye to develop deeper insights into the working of the human eye.
students apply the information of the human eye in daily life situations.
In the above statements, the specific objective has been underlined. Continue with as many objectives as you can accomplish in a class period.

Then, make a list of verbs, meaning behaviors, that you would like to observe as learning outcomes in your students. For example, I’m asking you to write, to respond in specific ways to posts, and essays. When I see how you are responding, it tells me how much you are learning, understanding……..these are called behavioral learning outcomes.
So, Objectives are basically statements of expected behavioral outcomes, after an instructional or learning experience.
