Who has been a mentor in your Papas career?
I would like for you to speak on Andrew Lane which is my general manager he saw potential in me when no one else has before. He is taking me under his ring and mow me into this great new day kitchen manager he holds me accountable he helps me succeed he’s always willing to open my eye to see things from a broader perspective and was always constant training and develop developing in My Papa’s career he’s a great role model and a great gym and I strive to be just like him.
What prevents you for having a successful shift
Labor budget template I feel like our staff is overworked and have to work multiple positions especially in the back of the house to accommodate a Labor budget template but also be held at Pappas standards and procedures we can talk about how it is overwhelming it pulls managers out of positions and being stuck in a position because we’re short staff to accommodate to a budget template.
How has the quarterly Development Day program impact you and your restaurant?
We can talk about I feel that a quarterly Development Day program should be at everyday program everyday should be at be taken as a Development Day to further someone’s development to help them grow within the company I feel as though quarterly development days can be overwhelming especially when it’s not especially when they’re not used to having the shoulder to shoulder time or we can say when it’s not consistent.
What do you like about your job?
I love the back of the house is so much that I’m still learning as in the newest day kitchen manager. I love working with our staff developing them and pushing them to levels that they never been pushed before. I love the teamwork of the back of the house especially doing high level of business how everyone works together as a team to accomplish the same goal” As far as having the best quality of food within the company and protecting the guest dining experience
What do you like mostly about your restaurant/company?Was that a problem
the opportunity to for your personal growth in advancement the opportunity to be to be a leader and to guide your team to success the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and the opportunity to work a part of a team towards a goal.

I’ve started with the company since 2012 I have worked just about every position that the company can offer in a restaurant I’m really taking this career path very serious and the next two to three years I hope that I can accomplish being a general manager in my own and having my own store and develop and train and mentor
