The small business concept that I would like to open is an all-in-one office that customers can come in to do their tax preparation, notary, insurances, and money transfer.
This type of business will be located in Clermont, Fl and it will be in a small rented office space on the main road with a lot of foot traffic. I chose that type of business because my wife and I have always been interested in this type of business since most of our friends in South Florida own many of that type of business. We are both experienced in doing taxes and are notary certified.
This type of business concept is very lucrative with the right kind of clients. We are currently working on our capital to fund our business, and we would like to have enough money to sustain us for a year until the company takes off. Once we are up and operating and becoming profitable, we would like to hire 2 to 3 employees to the mix. By having more employees, I will help with the workload. We already have some customers that are waiting for our office to be open. We are projecting to open by the summer of 2022, and the delay will help us get all of our documents and licenses in order.
Our name for this business will be S&J Lauture Multi Services. These types of services that we will offer are rare in Clermont, especially being under one roof. It is a one-stop-shop for many customers that are interested in these type of services.
I’m currently working on getting the money-transfer license under a particular company that does money transfers to the Caribbean. We will be the first in Clermont to have that money transfer option. I am very excited to do a business in the community I live in, it makes me feel great, and I’m also contributing to its development.
