Analyse data using Excel. You should keep the original data on a separate worksheet and create a new worksheet (clearly labelled) for each of the questions.
Generate graphs, tables, and statistical output to be used to answer the various questions. Each of the relevant outputs generated should be included in the answer document.
Include your final answers to each question in a Word document. All answers must be accompanied by the relevant Excel output appropriately labelled so that the markers can see what you are referring to
Several answers require written responses. These should be short and succinct, with reference to relevant data and provided in non technical language
When grading the markers will be looking for:
You ability to choose the correct analysis technique for the question and the data – Problem Solving
The ability to use the correct Excel or analysis techniques to generate an accurate solution – Technical
The ability to interpret the output in a way which answers the question – Critical Thinking
Written answers which are clear and easy to understand for any audience – Communication
