After viewing the documentary, in YOUR OWN WORDS, write a summary (1 full-page) of the entire video and answer the following questions (1 full-page) for a total of 2 pages. Short or incomplete answers will affect your score/grade significantly.
1. If you had to identify one step as the start of your healthy eating program, what would it be?
2. The set point theory suggests that our brains and bodies establish a set point that can climb when we gain weight, but that might not decline after we lose weight. What do you think of this idea?
3. By modifying his diet and increasing his level of physical activity, Tim lost weight and managed to prevent type 2 diabetes. What’s your reaction to that outcome?
4. If foods had labels that showed an “exercise equivalent,” or the amount of physical activity required to burn the number of calories in that food, how would it affect your food choices?
