This test is designed to help make users aware of their unconscious biases. The data are used to for research by Harvard. It asks you to register but you do not need to register to take the assessment (it is your choice). There are many potential biases Project Implicit measures; you should pick the tests you find most relevant.
Part One:
A good starting point to examine unconscious bias is to identify what biases you might have. After taking the Project Implicit test, answer the following questions:
What was your reaction to the test?
What about the test made you uncomfortable?
What evidence of unconscious bias in your workplace have you seen and what can you do to address it?
Part Two:
Thinking beyond the readings, describe how at least two organizations that are NOT covered in the readings are actively working to reduce the effects of unconscious bias.
