What needs to be fixed
The PowerPoint looks good except that there is too much text. I would cut the large paragraphs of text and just use the bullet points. Also, this is a two part assignment. The large paragraphs appear to be answering the questions, so just transfer those to a Word document and label them by question. But make sure you include an example for each question.
The Prompt
Congratulations! The department chair of your major has invited you to serve as a mentor to incoming freshman. You will participate on an informational panel called Communication in Your Field. Your presentation focus will be on Effective Leadership and Group Work. To prepare for your portion of the panel you will need to identify concepts from the unit reading. Be sure to provide examples for each question.

Select your favorite Maintenance role or behavior (one you have witnessed in others or exhibit yourself). What are the positive impacts of these roles/behaviors?
Identify your biggest pet-peeve Negative role or behavior (one you have witnessed in others or exhibit yourself). What are the negative consequences of using these roles/behaviors?
Create a PowerPoint to display at the panel presentation
Keep in mind that your PowerPoint is a visual representation of your presentation/main points (or in this case, your responses to the questions).
