level of education do they have? Is there diversity in staff?

7. Which of the Grand Challenges of Social Work does your agency address?
(You can find these specified on the Grand Challenges for Social Work site.)
There may be more than one.
8. Describe your agency’s relationship to the larger community
(neighborhood, city) and to the social service delivery system (other social
service agencies with whom your agency collaborates, competes, and
shares client populations).
9. According to an agency stakeholder (staff member, volunteer, board
member, etc.) what are the agency strengths and agency growth areas.
10. Would you want to work at this agency long-term why or why not?

Group PowerPoint Presentation
Students will be divided into groups to complete a presentation for the class
utilizing PowerPoint (can use Prezi if preferred). Students will draw the topic
randomly in class. The topics are: The Importance of Self-Care in Social Work, Self-
Disclosure in Social Work Practice, Social Work Field Safety, Cultural Humility in
Social Work
The presentation should include:
Title Slide
Description of topic and how the NASW Code of Ethics addresses it
Examples/Scenarios in social work practice
Importance in the social work profession
Minimum three sources outside of the NASW Code of Ethics
Use of video clip, meme, chart, or something other than only bulleted text
Use of handouts (tip sheets, flyer, techniques) for all students
