NOTE: This prompt is not asking for a procedural response to handling employee concerns. Rather, it asks you to consider the leadership considerations involved in an employee questioning the organization and its practices, and the obligations of leaders in understanding and responding to those.
Remember: You are not alone in working with your employees. Consider what resources i.e. whistle blower might be available in your intelligence organization to help you and the employee in this kind of situation.
