1. Drawing on the case of Pret provided, assess the attractiveness of the casual dining sector in London using Porter’s 5 Forces model and any other models you consider relevant. Include a diagram in your answer outlining key points. What are the main challenges facing the sector post-Covid? (60%)
2. Consider whether and how profitability can be improved in this sector looking forward? (30%)
3. What are the theoretical limitations of any model(s) you have applied in your answers above? (10%)
