The main challenges are miscommunication within the company due to different opinions, thoughts and beliefs.
A cultural challenge I had was when I worked at a dealership in Livermore – and Livermore is definitely a caucasian dominated city. I was afraid to speak my mind or mess up even the tiniest bit because I was the only Asian Woman there. It was uncomfortable to me working with a bunch of white men. The cause of this is because of location and lack of diversity overall.
