On page 13 of your text, Figure 1-6 details specific focus areas and their shifts relating to the new role for supervisors. Using Figure 1-6 as a guideline, discuss how your school is incorporating and managing the shifts in Policy and Practice of Instructional Supervision.
What do these shifts look like in your school? What are some of the roadblocks to these shifts? How are the shifts affecting the role of the administrator(s) in your school? How are the teachers reacting to the shifts in the administrator’s role?
