Research
Remember that you need to incorporate two more sources (primary or secondary) in addition to your biography and original primary source.
With a few exceptions, you should not use websites as secondary sources. Instead, search databases of scholarly articles like JSTOR and EBSCO.

I recommend using a citation manager for automated, accurate citations. I prefer Zotero, which is a free, open-source program developed for academics. It is fairly easy to learn, and there are lots of online tutorials, like this Twitter thread or this YouTube video.
If you prefer to write your citations manually, check out this quick guide to the Chicago Manual of Style.
Please review your Turnitin similarity report prior to Friday’s deadline to ensure you avoid plagiarism. Common mistakes include insufficiently rewriting a quote and accidentally dropping quotation marks from a quote during the drafting process. When in doubt, quote and cite!
Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
If you use generative AI tools for this assignment, remember that you must document and cite that use. See here and here for advice about such documentation.
You must also reflect on your experience using these tools in the “Dear reader” letter.
