The weekly critical reflections will consist of an original post that addresses ONE of the questions in the corresponding thread. Each student should enter one critical reflection for each week. These will be 40% of a student’s grade. The critical reflections will mirror the specific topics for the week they are due. Critical reflections will take into account the various readings, lectures, and documentaries in the corresponding weekly module. Each critical reflection should be 500 words minimum and MUST incorporate two primary sources.
This week, students will explore the role of political thinking from the perspective of various cultures across the ancient world.  The goal for this week is to identify the influence of political philosophy on warfare, gender relations, family, and death.
