Task
Applying
change management theories, models and tools, prepare a Change Implementation
Plan for a proposed change. Use the Change Implementation Plan template
(.docx).(Attached)
Pitch the
change solution to a group of significant stakeholders. Review the content on
developing a compelling pitch in Module 5: Change leadership skills and
competencies.(Attached)
Procedures
1.
Outline the proposed change.
2.
Justify why the change is necessary in the
organisation.
3.
Discuss key stakeholder perspectives.
4.
Explain how success will be evaluated.
5.
Develop an implementation strategy for the
proposed change, following the headings in the Change Implementation Plan
template (.docx). Use a relevant change management model to inform your
implementation strategy.
6.
Create and record a persuasive pitch of your
Change Implementation Plan, with the intended audience a significant
stakeholder group, using no slides or visual materials.
Requirements

Record your presentation using your Zoom

maximum 5 minutes (presentation will not be
marked after 5 minutes)
o
you must use Zoom; otherwise, you will receive
a 0% grade

This assessment requires you to use a minimum
of eighteen (18) credible academic sources. You may also use current company,
industry, government and media sources to support your statements, but these
will NOT count toward the minimum required credible academic sources for your
assessment. Most web-based sources are not sufficiently rigorous and credible
for use in academic assessments and will NOT count toward the minimum required
