The Assignment :
Develop a total of six evaluation questions for your specific health promotion program. Each set of evaluation questions should be specific to the health promotion program you are already developing and using for this course. Ask how, why, and to what extent? Avoid questions that elicit a yes/no response. If you are unsure about whether a question is open-ended, try asking it to someone.
Include:
Two process questions
Two impact questions
Two outcome questions
Provide a brief explanation of how these different categories of questions differ from one another.
Support your work with specific citations from this module’s Learning Resources and additional scholarly sources as appropriate.

Process Evaluation: Looks at the implementation pf the program and measures what went well or did not.
Impact Evaluation: Considers the changes in the target popuation regarding attitude, behavior or knowledge as a result of the program.
Outcome Elavaution: focuses on how much the program impacted things like morbidity, mortality or disability.
