In your answer, refer to Chapter 8 in Schools That Succeed. In this section, author Karin Chenoweth lists four processes or systems that enable “unexpected schools” to achieve tremendous transformation. Her fourth point is: Unexpected schools have marshalled the power of schools as institutions by establishing systems that improve instruction by exposing the expertise that exists within classrooms and schools and then helping others learn from it.
