Country Issue: Tourism and its affect on the island(land) and population

1. Provide a brief demographic overview of your country before zooming into a particulary relevent demographic issue (tourism in French Polynesia specifically Tahiti) and its affect on the land and population). (i.e. World Factbook, Population Handbook at prb.org, United Nations, etc.)
2. Explicitly frame your paper around a demographic model (see handouts of examples I uploaded) Describe and source the model you are using, and what element(s) of the model your study will be focused on.
3. INCLUDE ONE map of country and ONE map of region (these can be found on CIA WORLD FACTBOOK, cite using APA!)
4. INCLUDE ONE photograph or other image (cite your photo source using APA style)
5. Discuss the implications of the targeted demographic issue on other states in the region. (Remember the Second Law of Geography)
6. Conclude with a synopsis of your paper.
**Paper should be 5 double spaced pages (12 font) EXCLUDING title page, figures, tables, photographs, images, and bibliography (5-10 references). Use APA style for in-text and bibliographic citations. Be sure to cite all demographic sources of data presented.
**Reference the date on data you use!
** Need a title page, bibliography, figures/tables/photographs/images IN ADDDITION TO the 5 page paper.
