This is a rewrite from your  order # 7229092 . Please read instruction closly about use of AI.
I. Assignment Submission Instruction:
This is Part B of the Individual Assignment 2 – Part A Project Management Today in Module 2.  In this assignments, students is to submit the final paper.  There are 3 steps, with an optional 4th step:
1. Submit the paper (in TXT or MS Word) to this assignment.
After you submit the paper, note the TurnItIn Similarity Index. You will need this number in the next step.
2. Check the core of your document (e.g. without bibliography and executive summary and other stuff like titles and cover page) for Artificial Intelligence score or index.  Use ZeroGPT.comLinks to an external site.Links to an external site. and GTPZero.meLinks to an external site.. GPTZero has a limitations of around 5000 characters for the free version, so you may have to copy/paste multiple times and to be safe, use the average of the multipe GPTZero scores.
3. Complete the Part B: Project Management Today – Full Submission formLinks to an external site.. This form will require the TurnItIn Similarity Index, ZeroGPT.com AI GPT score and GTPZero score.   Note: There’s no need to submit this form or its email confirmation in Canvas.
4. (Optional) If you are not happy with the score, please revise and update your work and resubmit. Remember, I will take the lowest AI Index.   I will not penalize for multiple submissions submitted before the assignment deadline; this is true for both the Canvas submission and the form above.
II. Requirements:
1. Remember to obtain approval from Part A of this assignment first.
2. Students have the option of using AI tool for creation of the paper. If you..
Write an original paper without AI tool, the word limit is 1,200 words (and no more than 1,500 words) with at least three high quality citations. Must achieve AI Index less than 10% (read further below for guidelines) to avoid penalty.
Use AI technology to aid your writing, the minimum word limit is 1,800 words (and no more than 2,500 words) with at least three high quality citations. This would give you an extra 10% on AI index.  See below for more guidelines.
3. Students must read the Effective Writing Guide
Actions
(for example to see what’s consider high quality citation) and our university’s policy on plagiarism (Links to an external site.).
4. The paper should contain an executive summary of no more than 300 words; this is a required field in the final submission form.  Students should review the Submission form and gather all the required fields before the final submission.
Notes:
The number of words in the executive summary and references does not count toward the word requirement.
If you skip Part A. PM Today Proposal, the instructor may reject your topic if it is not clearly about project management.
III. Guidelines on AI Index:
The professor will use only the lowest score from AI Indices of the various tools.  Here are the guidelines for the use of AI tools:
1. If you did not use AI tools, then I will tolerate up to 10%.  If you declared using AI tools, then remember to declare it, and I will tolerate up to 20%.  In short, by declaring, you gain the flexibility of 10% extra on AI indices.
2. Beyond the tolerated limit, you are now at risk of being closely scrutinized, and the penalty will increase as the AI indices increase.  At 50%, the professor will reject the paper all together.  But remember, if you check your paper, then you can re-write and resubmit prior to the deadline and there will be no penalty.
IV. Guidelines on TurnItIn Similarity Score:
After you submit your paper, TurnItIn will provide a Similarity Score in which you can view.  If you are concerned about the Score, consider revising and resubmit.  Remember, I only grade the latest paper.  Here is the guideline for you to consider. If the Similarity Score is:
Below 10%, then there is nothing to worry about
Between 11-20%, I will read the paper more closely but unless I find specific concerns, I will accept the paper.
Between 21-30%, I will examine the sources of potential plagiarism and render an assessment.
Above 31%, please revise. If you believe the Similarity Score is an anomaly, be prepared to provide a justification.
